Lemon & Fruit Roll: learn how to make Lemon Curd from scratch and how to effectively roll the biscuit into a beautiful roll.

Cherry Strudel and Apple Strudel with Vanilla Ice Cream and Berry Sauce: learn tips and tricks for making strudel and how to display the dessert on a decorative berry and yoghurt design.

Streuselkuchen/ German Crumb Cake (can be made with fruit) and Sandkuchen (*mom's favorite): both desserts are great for dipping in your coffee!

Authentic Blackforest Cake (9.5 inch), possibly several mini Blackforest cakes (7 inch): Blackforest Cake is a layered chocolate cake made from the finest ingredients including Kirschwasser and dark chocolate. Learn the tips and tricks that make this delicate cake a success.

Learn how to cook authentic German meals together with your instructor Nina, formerly the pastry chef of the Gasthaus German Restaurant in Louisville, Ky., and the author of Gasthaus Cookbook & Memories. This 3 hr class will be privately hosted at your home and includes all ingredients and tools. All you have to bring is a minimum of 3 friends + you, plates and silverware. Nina will bring the rest.
